Pablo Garcia	Managing Director
	Pablo has been with us in one capacity or another since 1994, initially as a business and marketing consultant and finally as an owner in the company. Pablo's background both in New Zealand and overseas is in mechanical engineering and technology transfer, and he also has wide ranging experience in consumer product marketing and direct response advertising.

Nadine Baker	Director: Customer Services
	Nadine is responsible for coordinating Mana Group's all-important front line operations including customer service, help desk, training, sales support and installations. Her background is in making sure her clients get what they need from a highly customer oriented service culture. She's been working hard at making this come true at Mana Group!

James Penfold	Director: Development Services
	James joined Mana as its second employee, in 1979. His background is strongly technical which underscores his management of health software development services for Mana Group and leading projects such as the Pharmasys development. He is also closely involved with Mana's initiatives in developing software for Maori health organisations.

David Hay	"The Doctor"
	David founded GPDat, the general practitioner's software, in 1983 and joined forces with Mana in 1994. As well as being a Doctor, David is a self-made Foxpro programmer and has had first-hand experience with programming as well as supporting applications. Today, David is primarily responsible for developing Mana's medical product strategy.

Ross Welch	Outside Director
	Ross is a substantial shareholder in Mana Group. he has been with Mana since its founding, but as a successful Waikato dairy farmer he professionally stands outside of either the health or IT industries. As such, Ross contributes to the outside perspective essential to any business undergoing rapid change.

Robert Love	Business Development Manager
	Robert's background in sales and marketing for pharmaceutical and IT businesses have qualified him for this key role within Mana's management group. If you need or want anything, he can get it for you!
