Raichill Morris Help Desk

Raichill is one of those lovely voices on the end of the telephone telling you what to do. Trust her, she knows what she's doing!

Mana people know better than to turn their backs on Raichill for a second... you might end up with a rubber tipped arrow stuck to your head, or wear a dollop of ice-cream down your front.

Owen Vickers Help Desk and Customer Support

Owen Owen is one of those friendly voices you might hear when you ring the help desk. He's really important to us - he keeps the coffee jar full of Blue Mountain (mostly!).

Owen is a guitar man of some note(s)... One day we want him to play for us, as long as he doesn't sing!

Sandra Sandra joined us in June 1997. She comes from our base of GPDat users, so she's well familiar with the drill! We soon realised that Sandra has more to teach us about our products than we could ever hope to pass across to her.

Sue Ashworth Contracting Customer Support

Sue GPDAT customer support person extraordinaire. Sue has worked with GPDat for many years. In 1996 Sue and husband Norm retired to New Zealand's Bay of Plenty to live "The Good Life". It wasn't long before we found a high value-adding local support niche for her which she continues to hold to this day! Both Mana and our local customers are grateful for Sue's deep knowledge and continuing loyalty to the company and its brand.
